# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The beef becomes impossibly tender without any hands-on effort during cooking
  • One batch makes enough for multiple meals throughout the week
  • The spice blend creates this incredible depth that people cant quite identify
02 -
  • Searing the beef first adds incredible depth if you have 10 extra minutes
  • The beef needs the full cooking time for proper shredding texture
  • Letting the beef rest in the juices for 15 minutes after shredding makes it even more flavorful
03 -
  • Trim excess fat but leave some for flavor and moisture
  • Use tongs to turn the beef halfway through cooking if possible
