# Steps:

01 - Combine chicken strips with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing vegetables.
02 - Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
03 - Add marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
04 - In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3 minutes until just tender.
