# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups seedless green grapes, washed and thoroughly dried

→ Coating

02 - 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
04 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Remove grapes from stems. Rinse thoroughly under cool water and dry completely with paper towels to ensure coating adheres properly.
02 - Place dried grapes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and agave syrup if using. Toss gently to distribute evenly.
03 - Sprinkle Tajín seasoning over the grapes. Toss continuously until each grape is evenly coated with the spicy-sour mixture.
04 - Spread coated grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Ensure grapes are not touching for even freezing.
05 - Transfer baking sheet to freezer. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until grapes are completely frozen solid.
06 - Serve frozen grapes directly from the freezer for optimal texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It transforms ordinary grapes into something that feels like a sophisticated treat but takes almost no effort
  • The freezing intensifies the natural sweetness while the Tajín lime combo wakes up every taste bud
02 -
  • Water is the enemy here—even slightly damp grapes will end up with patchy seasoning instead of that perfect uniform coating
  • Dont skip the parchment paper or youll be chipping frozen grapes off your baking sheet with a butter knife
03 -
  • Buy grapes that are firm and tight to the stem—soft or mushy grapes will only get worse in the freezer
  • If your Tajín has clumped up from humidity break it up with a fork before sprinkling so it coats evenly
