# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It strikes the perfect balance between a hearty steak dinner and comforting pasta.
  • The sauce comes together so quickly you will feel like a kitchen magician.
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd the skillet when searing the steak or it will steam instead of brown.
  • The sauce will continue to thicken rapidly once you add the pasta so keep an eye on it.
03 -
  • Substitute sirloin with ribeye or filet mignon for extra tenderness.
  • Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce for extra vegetables.
