01 - Generously season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and slightly thickened.
04 - Cook tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain.
05 - Add cooked tortellini to the cream sauce, tossing to coat. Return steak pieces to the skillet and gently stir. Cook for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
