01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss cauliflower florets in large bowl with olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, cayenne, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Spread cauliflower in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and tender with crispy edges.
05 - Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
06 - Transfer to serving platter, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve hot.
